Frequent Questions or Issues:
No campus ID?
Students must present a photo ID to pick up their yearbook. This ID can be a school ID, government issued ID, a glance at their Homelink account profile or even a gym ID that has their photo on it. Students may only pick up their own yearbook, books will not be provided to other parties.
Can't pick up at all?
A small quantity of yearbooks will be placed up at the front office for pick up after WHS adjourns for summer break. It is first come first served with that limited quantity. After those yearbooks have been pick up, any additional parties still needing to get their copy will need to wait until WHS resumes in August to retrieve their copy. Storage space in the office is limited and our staff is busy with their own end of the school year tasks. We appreciate your understanding.
All individuals must present a photo ID to pick up a yearbook. Records of who picks up the yearbooks are kept to ensure the correct individuals are retrieving these limited copies for the correct buyers.
Early Graduate?
If you graduated early and purchased a yearbook then you will be able to pick up your yearbook from Ms. Becker in the Asst. Principal's Office anytime after May 27th. All individuals must present a photo ID to pick up their yearbook.
Did not purchase a copy but want one?
Did you miss out on purchasing a copy of the 2022 yearbook? A very limited quantity of extra yearbooks was ordered this year. Available yearbooks will be sold to interested parties on a first come first served basis. No priority will be given based on class level.
Extra yearbooks will be sold through the finance office at WHS and are sold for $120 CASH ONLY [due to summer]. Yearbooks will be available for purchase starting on Tuesday, May 31st. Cover color selections will be limited and all sales are final.
Not sure if you purchased a copy?
Please check the posted sales list linked below. In addition buyers should be provided with a distribution ticket the week prior to the start of the distribution process and 2 printed sales lists will have been posted around campus for students to check. These policies are in place to protect the Lykos yearbook program and product.
The yearbook is a student publication of our High School created by students enrolled in the yearbook course. We attempt to provide an overview of the activities and student life of Woodcreek High School as well as a school photo for each student and faculty member.
In doing so we may make errors in the reporting of these activities and names. For all errors we apologize. When errors are found prior to publication, they are corrected. This a student produced document and like many student created projects errors happen in its creation.
• If your student picture does not appear in the book, there will be no refunds.
• If your name is misspelled in the yearbook, please accept our sincere apologies, however, there will be no discounts or refunds in this event.
• If the book is damaged in any way, a new book will be issued if there is no writing or markings of any kind in or on the yearbook.
• Senior Dedications: If a senior’s name is misspelled or there are any other discrepancies, there will be no refunds or discounts as these ads were created and submitted by the families of seniors.
• The yearbook staff is not responsible for lost or stolen books. We will not refund any money or issue a new book in this matter.
• Students must have a photo ID to pick up their book at distribution. This is to insure no books are picked up by parties that have not rightfully purchased them. This is also to insure the yearbook staff are able to keep track of remaining books and insure they are kept for parties that have purchased them.
